Leader of opposition in the State Assembly Shaktisinh Gohil has said that the Gujarat Chief Minister has anti poor, tribal and dalit mindset. He is concerned about few billionaires only and has done nothing for poor and dalits. Gohil said that congress at the centre gave rights to tribal and others on forest land, but BJP ruled state government has not given these rights of land to these people. He was addressing a meeting of workers, booth incharges and local leaders of Bhiloda and Himmatnagar Assembly segments of Sabarkantha district.

Hesaidthat thegovernmentwasnotconcernedaboutqualityeducationtopeople ofGujarat. This isalso clearfromthefactthatGujarathas the lowest budgetaryallocationin the countryin terms ofshareof thetotalbudget. In the past anyone couldpursuemedicalorengineeringeducation. However, nowprofessionaleducationhas become a dreamforpoor.

He citedexampleof a poorstudentwhowasstudyingmedicinein Ahmedabad.Feeswasincreased overnight. This ledtoaseveredepressionforthe student who belonged to a poorfamilyand hisparentshad already toiled to get himadmitted inmedicalcollege. He committed suicide. This is a blot onGujarat, he said. The family of the student has not got any relief. Parents are runningfrompillar toposttolodge a complaint, butin vain.

Referringtotheallegationof the CM that thecentralgovt wasnot givingitpermissionto lay gas pipeline, hesaidthat he wasmisleadingand challenged theChiefMinistertodisclosedetails of Gujaratproposalofpipelinesent toDelhi. He said that as per therulesuch proposals were cleared byregulatorybodyand any proposal must satisfy the criteriasetup by the regulatory body. He said that there was noquestionof Cong’srefusalas no proposal was sent. Gohil said that CM, in fact, wanted his favoritebusinessmantomakemoneyout of the pipeline project.

Challenging Modi over hisremarksthatinjusticeis meted outtothestateby theCentreGohilsaidthatasperthe social-economicreview2011 placed in theStateAssemblyby thestategovernmentthe length ofnationalhighways reduced. Hesaidthat the state government does not even bother to see that tribal, villagers, farmers, dalits and others are benefitted byvariousprogrammes ofCentralgovernment. • કેન્દ્રમાં ભાજપની આગેવાનીવાળી એનડીએની સરકાર આવી ત્યારે ગુજરાતમાં રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગો ૨,૩૮૨ કિ.મી.ના હતા અને પાંચ વર્ષનું શાસન પૂરું થયું ત્યારે ગુજરાતમાં ૨૦૦૩-૦૪માં રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગોની લંબાઈ વધવાના બદલે ઘટીને ૨,૩૫૪ કિ.મી. થઈ ગઈ હતી.
• કેન્દ્રમાં કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકાર આવી ત્યારે ૨૦૦૨-૦૩માં ગુજરાતમાં રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગોની લંબાઈ ૨,૩૫૪ કિ.મી. હતી, તે વધીને રેકોર્ડ બ્રેક રીતે ગુજરાતમાં ૨૦૦૮-૦૯માં ૩,૨૪૫ કિ.મી.ની થઈ છે.
• કેન્દ્ર સરકારે આદિવાસીને વનસંપત્તિ પરના અધિકારનો કાયદો આપ્યો, પરંતુ ગુજરાત સરકારે આદિવાસીભાઈઓને જમીન પરના અધિકારપત્રો હજુ સધી આપ્યા જ નથી.

સાબરકાંઠા જિલ્લાનાભિલોડા વિધાનસભામતવિસ્તાર તથા હિંમતનગર વિધાનસભા મતવિસ્તારના સેંકડો કાર્યકર્તાઓ, બુથના પ્રભારીતેમજ સ્થાનિક આગેવાનોની મિટીંગને સંબોધનકરતાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતમાં છેલ્લા ૧૨ વર્ષમાં માત્ર ને માત્ર માનીતા મોટા ઉઘોગપતિઓની ચિંતાગુજરાતની સરકારે કરી છે. દેશમાં આદિવાસીભાઈઓ માટે વનસંપત્તિ પરનો અધિકારનો કાયદોદેશની કોંગેસની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકાર લાવી, પરંતુ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીની માનસિકતા ગરીબ, દલિત, આદિવાસી અને લધુમતી વિરુદ્ધની હોવાના કારણે ગુજરાતમાં વનસંપત્તિ પરના અધિકારના કાયદા નીચેવનમાં રહેતા આદિવાસી, બક્ષીપંચ અને અન્ય વર્ગના ભાઈઓને જમીનપરના હક્ક ગુજરાતની સરકારે આપ્યા નથી. અધિકૃતઆંકડાઓ સ્પષ્ટરીતે જણાવે છે કે, ગુજરાતની ભાજપની સરકારની માનસિકતા જ ગુજરાતના આમઆદમીને જમીન આપવા માટેની નથી. માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિઓને માંગે તેટલી જમીન મફતના ભાવે વાયબ્રન્ટ ગુજરાતના નામે ભ્રષ્ટાચારથી આપવામાં આવી છે અને બીજી તરફ આદિવાસી ભાઈને વનસંપત્તિ પરનો અધિકાર મળ્યો નથી. ગુજરાતમાં આમ આદમીના બાળકોને યોગ્યઅને મફત કે સસ્તુંશિક્ષણમળે તેની ચિંતા કરવામાં આવતી નથી. વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે બજેટના આંકડાઓ દર્શાવીને કહ્યું હતું કે, દેશમાં ગરીબ રાજ્યોએ પણ શિક્ષણના ક્ષેત્રમાં ટકાવારીની દૃષ્ટિએ કુલબજેટના વધારેનાણાંફાળવ્યા છે, જ્યારે ગુજરાત આખા દેશમાં શિક્ષણ પાછળસૌથી ઓછા નાણાં ફાળવનારુંરાજ્ય બન્યું છે. શિક્ષણને નાણાંની ફાળવણીનહીં કરવાના કારણે ગુજરાતમાં ભૂતકાળમાં કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિએ પછી એન્જિનિયર બનવા માંગે કે ડોક્ટર બનવા માંગે તે નજીવી રકમમાં શિક્ષણ મેળવી શકતા હતા, તેની સામેઆજે એન્જિનિયરીંગ કે મેડીકલનું શિક્ષણ સામાન્યગુજરાતીના બાળકને પોસાય જ નહીં તે રીતનું બની ગયું છે. અન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમો પણ માત્ર ને માત્ર શ્રીમંતોના બાળકો જ મેળવી શકે તેટલું મોંઘુંશિક્ષણ ગુજરાતમાં બન્યું છે. અમદાવાદની મેડીકલ કોલેજના વિઘાર્થીનો દાખલોટાંકતાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, એક પ્રજાપતિના બાળકને પોતાના પરિવારે પેટે પાટા બાંધીને ડોક્ટર બનાવવા માટે અમદાવાદમાં એડમિશન લીધું હતું. મહેનતુબાળક ખૂબસારી રીતે અભ્યાસમાં પ્રગતિકરી રહ્યો હતો, પરંતુ ગુજરાતની સરકારે અચાનક નક્કીકરેલી ફીમાં પણ વધારોકરી દેતા એ વિઘાર્થી કે જે ગરીબ પરિવારમાંથી આવતો હતો, તેણે વિચાર્યું કે મારોપરિવાર મારી ફીની રકમ ભરી શકશે નહીં અને પરિણામેએ આશાસ્પદવિઘાર્થીએ આત્મહત્યાકરી તે ગુજરાતની સરકાર માટે શરમજનકઘટનાછે. સંપૂર્ણસંવેદનાગુમાવી ચૂકેલા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ આ પ્રજાપતિના પરિવારની નથી મુલાકાતલીધી કે નથી સરકાર તરફથી એકપણ રૂપિયાની પરિવારને રાહતઆપવામાં આવી. આ આત્મહત્યા માટે જવાબદારસામે પગલાંભરાય તે માટે પરિવાર સતતફરિયાદદાખલ કરવા માટે એક જગ્યાએથી
બીજી જગ્યાએ ધક્કા ખાધા કરે છે, પરંતુ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીની માનસિકતા જ ગરીબની ફરિયાદ ન લેવાય
તે પ્રકારની હોવાથી આ વિઘાર્થીની આત્મહત્યા બાદ તેના પરિવારની ફરિયાદ પણ હજુ સુધી ધ્યાને લેવામાં
આવી નથી.

ગુજરાતનામુખ્યમંત્રી પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ આપવા માંગું છું, પરંતુ કેન્દ્રસરકારે મંજૂરીઆપી નથી,તેવીસંપૂર્ણ હાસ્યાસ્પદ અને જૂઠ્ઠી વાત કરે છે. જો મુખ્યમંત્રીમાં હિંમત હોય તો એજાહેર કરે કે, આ પાઈપલાઈન માટેનીદરખાસ્ત સરકારે કઈ તારીખે અને કોને કરી ? હકીકતમાં જ્યારે દિલ્હીમાં ભાજપનીઆગેવાનીવાળી એનડીએની સરકાર હતી, એ સરકારે જ ગુજરાત સરકારને કહ્યું હતું કે, પાઈપલાઈન નાંખવા માટે જેઅલગ મંજૂરી માટે અલગ ઓથોરીટીનીરચના કરી છે અને ગુજરાતે જ્યાં કાંઈ પાઈપલાઈન ગેસ માટેની નાંખવી હોય ત્યાં એસ્વતંત્ર ઓથોરીટીની મંજૂરીલેવી જોઈએ અને તેના ધોરણોપરિપૂર્ણ કરવા જોઈએ.આમ, અલગ ઓથોરીટીને સંતુષ્ટ કરવા માટે જે પેરામીટર્સ પૂરા કરવા જોઈએ તે એટલા માટે થયા નથી,કારણ કે ગેસની પાઈપલાઈનમાં પણ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીના માનીતાને કરોડો રૂપિયા પડાવી ખાવા હતા. કેન્દ્રમાં કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકારે ગુજરાતમાં ગેસની પાઈપલાઈન નાંખવા અંગે કોઈ દિવસ ના પાડવાનોસવાલ જ નથી, કારણ કે કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી કેન્દ્ર સરકાર મંજૂરી આપે તેવી કોઈ દરખાસ્ત પણ ભાજપ તરફથી આવેલ નથી. પાઈપલાઈન નાંખવા માટેની અલગ રેગ્યુલેટરીબોડી છે અને તે બોડીને સંતુષ્ટ કરવાનીજવાબદારી ગુજરાત સરકારની છે. ભૂતકાળમાં આ અંગેનિર્ણય કરનાર પણ જે દિલ્હીની સરકાર હતી તે ભાજપની આગેવાનીવાળી હતી. સદંતર જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ બોલીને ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએપોતે ૧૨વર્ષ દરમ્યાન પ્રજાનીતિજોરી લૂંટીને જે ખોટા કામો કર્યા છે તેનાથી પ્રજાનુંધ્યાન બીજે દોરવા માટેનોપ્રયત્ન કરે છે.

ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી કેન્દ્રસરકારદ્વારાગુજરાતને અન્યાયની જે વાતો કરે છે તેના સંદર્ભમાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાએ ચેલેન્જ કરીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા જ વિધાનસભામાં સામાજિક-આર્થિક સમીક્ષા- ૨૦૧૧-૧૨ રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે અને આ પુસ્તકમાં જ જેઆંકડાકીયપત્રકો આપ્યા છે તેના પત્રક ૯.૨ કે જે રસ્તાઓનાપ્રકાર મુજબની રસ્તાઓનીલંબાઈ દર્શાવતા છે અને આ આંકડાઓ ગુજરાત સરકારે આપ્યા છે તેને ટાંકીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, દિલ્હીમાં ભાજપનીઆગેવાનીવાળી કેન્દ્રમાં સરકાર ૨૦૦૦-૦૧માં આવી ત્યારે ગુજરાતમાંરાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગોનીકુલ લંબાઈ ૨,૩૮૨ કિ.મી. હતી, જે કેન્દ્રમાં ભાજપની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકાર રહી, ત્યારે વધવાને બદલે ઘટીને ૨૦૦૩-૦૪માં એટલે કે જ્યારે ભાજપની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકાર સત્તામાંથી દિલ્હીથી ગઈ ત્યારે ૨,૩૫૪ કિ.મી. માત્ર રહી ગઈ હતી. આ અન્યાય ગુજરાતને રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગના ઘટાડાનો કેન્દ્રમાં ભાજપની સરકાર હતી ત્યારે થયો છે. આ જ પત્રકમાંસ્પષ્ટ જણાવાયું છે કે, દિલ્હીમાં કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી સરકાર આવ્યા પછી ગુજરાતમાં જે વારસામાં રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગો જે માત્ર ૨,૩૫૪ કિ.મી.ની લંબાઈના હતા, માંસતતવર્ષોવર્ષવધારો કરીને ૨૦૦૮-૦૯માં રેકોર્ડબ્રેકલાભ ગુજરાતને રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગ માટે કોંગ્રેસની કેન્દ્ર સરકારે આપ્યો અને ૨૦૦૮-૦૯માં કુલ રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગોની લંબાઈ ૩,૨૪૫ કિ.મી.નીપ્રાપ્ત થઈ છે.આમ,અનેકગણી લંબાઈ જો કોઈ સરકારે ગુજરાતને રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગ માટે આપી હોય તો તે કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી કેન્દ્રની સરકારે આપી અને જો કોઈએ અન્યાય કર્યો હોય ગુજરાતને તો એ સમયે રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગમાં અન્યાય થયો કે જ્યારે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીના ગુરૂ અડવાણી ગુજરાતમાંથી જચૂંટણી લડીનેનાયબ વડાપ્રધાન તરીકે દિલ્હીની સરકારમાં બેઠા હતા ત્યારે ગુજરાતના રાષ્ટ્રીય ધોરીમાર્ગોની લંબાઈ વધવાને બદલે ધટાડવામાં આવી છે. વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે ચેલેન્જ કરીને કહ્યું હતું કે, મેં દર્શાવેલા આંકડાઓમાં એકજગ્યાએ પણ કંઈખોટું હોય એમ સાબિત કરી આપે ભાજપનો કોઈ કાર્યકર્તા કે મુખ્યમંત્રી તો ભાજપ જેસજાનક્કી કરે તે સજા ભોગવવાની અમારીતૈયારી છે. કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષ જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓથી મતોનુંરાજકારણ કરનારો પક્ષ નથી, પરંતુ લોકોની સુવિધાઓ અનેવ્યવસ્થા માટેસત્યહકીકત જે છે તે જ હંમેશા અમે રજૂ કરીએ છીએ.

સાબરકાંઠા ખાતેના સંમેલનને એ.આઈ.સી.સી.ના સેક્રેટરી અને સાંસદ શ્રી અશોક તન્વરે સંબોધન કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાત એવિકાસમાં હંમેશાઅગ્રેસરરહ્યું છે અને એનોયશજો કોઈને પણ આપવો હોય તો તે ગુજરાતીઓનીમહેનતઅને સૂઝબૂઝને આપવો પડે. આજે ગુજરાતમાં સમતુલિત વિકાસ થવાના બદલે મુઠ્ઠીભર માનીતા શ્રીમંતોનો વિકાસ થયો છે અનેઆમઆદમીને પોતાની મહેનતના પ્રમાણમાં મહેનતનાફળએટલા માટે મળતા નથી કે ગુજરાતનીસરકારઆમ આદમીને સરકાર તરફથી જેસહયોગમળવો જોઈએ તે આપવામાં આવતો નથી. આજના સંમેલનમાં એ.આઈ.સી.સી.ના મહામંત્રીશ્રી મધુસુદનભાઈ મિસ્ત્રીએઆદિવાસીઅને મહેનતકશલોકોમાટે ગુજરાત સરકારનીનીતિજેનુકસાનકારકરહી છે તેની સિલસિલાબંધ હકીકતો રજૂ કરી હતી. શ્રી મિસ્ત્રીએ ભારત સરકારના કાર્યક્રમો જે આદિવાસી, ગ્રામીણ, ખેડૂત, દલિત, લધુમતી અને આમ આદમી માટેના આવે છે તેને પણ જરૂરિયાતમંદ સુધી પહોંચાડવાની ગુજરાત સરકારચિંતાકરતી નથી. ભારત સરકાર તરફથી મહિલા અને બાળવિકાસ માટે આવેલા લાખો રૂપિયા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ પોતાનીપ્રસિદ્ધિઅનેપ્રચારપાછળવેડફી નાંખ્યા છે. ભિલોડા તેમજ હિંમતનગર ખાતેના કાર્યકર્તા સંમેલનોમાં ધારાસભ્યશ્રીઓ તેમજ જિલ્લાભરના આગેવાનો પણઉપસ્થિતરહ્યા હતા.

Congress ruled states in the country have decided to give additional subsidized LPG cylinders, but Gujarat Chief Minister has no concern for people and claims that there was no need for it because he was providing piped gas to them Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Shaktisinh Gohil said while addressing a rally in Dhandhuka today. He described the claim of the Chief Minister a blatant lie. Quoting from Socio-Economic review 2011-12, a government publication, he said that only 3,00,965 families get piped gas while the rest of the six crore of Gujarat depended on LPG. Still he has nothing for people of Gujarat. Gohil asked if people had piped gas, all shouted loud no. He said that even this piped gas was to the benefit of Adani who was provided gas at a very cheap rate as pointed out by the CAG.

Chief Minister has not done anything useful for people of Gujarat in the last 12 years. He has claimed that he has made houses for people, but information collected by Kutch Ladayak Manch through Right to Information exposed his claims. No one has been given any house. Now when he finds power slipping out of his hands, he has promised pucca houses to tribal in a meeting in Dahod, a ludicrous promise. There was a tradition of giving land to ex service men and dalits. Chief Minister has not only discontinued it, he has asked for surrender of the land who were given land earlier.

Gohil said that Chief Minister knows about impending defeat in elections and so he was trying to project a winning situation through paid surveys. He reminded Modi of the fate of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who had indulged in similar exercise of fraudulent surveys and imaginary claims. He had a humiliating defeat in elections. People of Gujarat will deliver similar fate.

 

 

 

In the past every village was connected with ST bus. In the last ten years, 5,986 routes of State Transport have been closed down. In 2000, ST had 8,573 buses, which have now been reduced to 6,514. Chief Minister talks about development but focuses on few favourites only. Ten years ago farmers were given 15,489 million unit of electricity which has now been reduced to 11,733 units. This is despite the fact that in the last ten years need for electricity has increased in the agriculture sector. In the last ten years, there is fall of 3,756 million units of electricity to farmers.

In the past during Congress rule people used to get life saving drugs free. But the quantum of free medicines has been reduced to almost zero. People have to pay for medicine in government hospitals. Chief Minister is now talking about free medicines when Congress in its vision 2012 made it clear that it would provide insurance cover to patients suffering from cancer, TB and ailments of heart, kidney and liver.

• પૈસાના જોરે ખોટા સર્વેથી પોતે જ જીતશે તેવી વાત કરનારા મુખ્યમંત્રીના હાલ ચંદ્રાબાબુ નાયડુ જેવા થશે.
• ગુજરાતમાં માત્ર ૩ લાખ ઘરોમાં પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ મળે છે અને છતાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી આમ ગુજરાતીને સબસીડીથી સસ્તા ગેસના બાટલા આપતા નથી.
• ગુજરાતમાં ખેડૂતોને મળતી વીજળીમાં છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષમાં ૩,૭૫૬ મિલિયન યુનિટનો ઘટાડો.
• છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષમાં ગુજરાતમાં એસ.ટી.ના ૫,૯૮૬ રૂટ બંધ થયા.

દેશના કોંગ્રેસશાસિત રાજ્યોએ પોતાના રાજ્યોની જનતાને સસ્તા ભાવે ગેસના સિલિન્ડર મળે તે માટે કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ૬ સિલિન્ડર ઉપરાંત પોતાના રાજ્યમાંથી સબસીડી આપીને રાજ્યના સબસીડીવાળા સિલિન્ડરો આપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ગુજરાતની જનતાને ગેસના સસ્તા સિલિન્ડર મળે તેની કોઈ જ ચિંતા કર્યા વગર તદ્દન વાહીયાત વાત એવી કરી છે કે, “ગુજરાતમાં તો હું બધાને પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ આપી દઉં છું અને એટલે મારે ગેસના સિલિન્ડરમાં સબસીડી આપવાની જરૂર જ નથી.” વિધાનસભામાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે ધંધુકા ખાતે કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકર્તાઓના સંમેલનને સંબોધન કરતાં ગુજરાત સરકારે જ વિધાનસભામાં રજૂ કરેલા સામાજિક આર્થિક સમીક્ષા – ૨૦૧૧-૨૦૧૨ પુસ્તકના પાના નં. ૩૭ના સંદર્ભને ટાંકીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીનું આ એક વધુ જૂઠ્ઠાણું છે. ગુજરાત સરકારના જ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલા પુસ્તકમાં લખ્યું છે કે, માત્ર મર્યાદિત સંખ્યામાં એટલે કે સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં માત્ર ૩,૦૦,૯૬૫ ઘરને જ પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ મળે છે. આમ, ૬ કરોડની જનતામાં ૩ લાખને જ પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ આપવાનો અને સમગ્ર ગુજરાત કે જે ગેસના સિલિન્ડર ખરીદ કરે છે તેમને કોઈપણ જાતની રાહત કે સબસીડી ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી આપતા નથી. ઉપસ્થિત મેદનીમાં સવાલ કર્યો હતો કે, “તમારામાંથી કોઈને પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ મળે છે ખરો ?” અને જનતામાંથી એકપણ હાથ ઊંચો થયો ન હતો. સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં માત્ર શહેરના કેટલાક ઘરોમાં જ નહીંવત્ રીતે પાઈપલાઈનથી ગેસ મળતો હોવા છતાં ગુજરાતની જનતાને ભાજપની સરકાર સબસીડીવાળો ગેસ આપવા માંગતી નથી. બીજી તરફ તટસ્થ ઓડીટ કરતી સંસ્થા “કેગ” દ્વારા સ્પષ્ટ રીતે લખીને અપાયું છે કે, ખરીદ કિંમત કરતાં પણ કરોડો રૂપિયા ઓછી કિંમતે સસ્તો ગેસ ગુજરાતની સરકાર મુખ્યમંત્રીના માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિ અદાણીને આપે છે.

ગુજરાતમાં ૧૨ વર્ષ સુધી જનતાના ઉપયોગનું એકપણ કામ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી કે ભાજપની સરકારે કર્યું નથી. ૧૨ વર્ષ સુધી ગરીબ માણસને એકપણ ઘરનું ઘર આપવાની ચિંતા નહીં કરનાર મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જ્યારે ઘર પોતે આપી દીધા હોવાની જાહેરાત કરી ત્યારે કચ્છ લડાયક મંચ દ્વારા આર.ટી.આઈ.ની નકલ ગુજરાત સરકાર તરફથી જ જે મળી હતી તે આપીને મુખ્યમંત્રીના જૂઠ્ઠાણાંનો પર્દાફાશ કર્યો હતો કે, ગુજરાતમાં કોઈને ઘર મળ્યું નથી. દાહોદ ખાતેની જનસભામાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ ૧૨ વર્ષ પછી જ્યારે પોતાની સત્તા હાથમાંથી ખસકી રહી છે ત્યારે આદિવાસી ભાઈઓને પાકા મકાન આપવાની હાસ્યાસ્પદ વાત કરી છે. ગુજરાતમાં માજી સૈનિકો અને દલિત પરિવારોને સાંથણીમાં જમીન આપવાનો વર્ષોથી શિરસ્તો હતો. ભૂતકાળની કોંગ્રેસની અને અન્ય સરકારોએ માજી સૈનિકો અને દલિતોને સાંથણીની જમીન આપી હતી. ગુજરાતના પ્રવર્તમાન મુખ્યમંત્રીએ દલિત કે માજી સૈનિકને નવી તો સાંથણીની જમીન આપી નથી, પરંતુ જે ભૂતકાળમાં અપાઈ હતી તેને પણ શરતભંગના નામે પડાવી લેવાનું કામ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ કર્યું છે.

ગુજરાતમાં જ્યારે હવે જનતા પરિવર્તન ઈચ્છી રહી છે અને સત્તા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીના હાથમાંથી જઈ રહી છે ત્યારે પૈસાના અઢળક ખર્ચાઓ કરીને પોતે જાતે મેનેજ કરીને સર્વે પ્રસિદ્ધ કરાવે છે અને સર્વેમાં ભાજપને બહુમતી સીટો મળી જવાની છે તેવા જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ અને ભ્રમ પેદા કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી કરે છે. વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે મુખ્યમંત્રીને આ પ્રકારના જૂઠ્ઠા સર્વેના આધારે સત્તા બચી શકતી નથી તેનો દાખલો આપીને કહ્યું હતું કે, આંધ્રપ્રદેશમાં ભાજપના સાથી ચંદ્રાબાબુ નાયડુએ ચૂંટણી સમયે સતત આવા સર્વે પ્રસિદ્ધ કરાવ્યા હતા કે, ફરી ચંદ્રાબાબુ નાયડુ જ આંધ્રપ્રદેશમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી બનશે અને તેઓ નં. 1 મુખ્યમંત્રી છે, સી.ઈ.ઓ. ઓફ પોલીટીક્સ છે, પરંતુ જ્યારે પરિણામ આવ્યા ત્યારે આંધ્રપ્રદેશની જનતાએ આંધ્રપ્રદેશના જે-તે વખતના મુખ્યમંત્રી ચંદ્રાબાબુ નાયડુના જે હાલ કર્યા હતા તે જ હાલ ગુજરાતની જનતા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીના કરશે.

ગુજરાતમાં ભૂતકાળમાં દરેક ગામે એક એસ.ટી.ની બસ જતી હતી અને ગરીબ માણસોને આવવા-જવા માટેની સૌથી સસ્તી બસની સેવાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ હતી. છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષના શાસનમાં ગુજરાતમાં એસ.ટી. બસના ૫,૯૮૬ રૂટ બંધ થયા છે. ૨૦૦૦ની સાલમાં એસ.ટી. બસના વાહનો ૮,૫૭૩ હતા, તે ઘટીને ૬,૫૧૪ થઈ ગયા છે. આમ, વિકાસની વાત કરનાર ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ પોતાના માનીતાનો વિકાસ કર્યો છે, પરંતુ આમ ગુજરાતીને ઉપયોગમાં આવતી એસ.ટી.ની બસોના રૂટ પણ બંધ કરવાનું પાપ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ કર્યું છે. ૧૦ વર્ષ પહેલાં ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને ૧૫,૪૮૯ મિલિયન યુનિટ વીજળી ખેતી માટે મળતી હતી. ખેતીની અઘતન સુવિધાઓ પ્રાપ્ત થઈ, ૧૦ વર્ષમાં દુષ્કાળ નથી, લોકોની પાણીની જરૂરિયાત વધી છે, નવસાધ્ય જમીનો ખેડૂતોએ કરી છે અને તે રીતે ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને ખરા અર્થમાં મળતી વીજળીની વધારે જરૂરિયાત પૂરી પાડવી જોઈએ તેના બદલે આજે ૧૦ વર્ષ પછી ખેડૂતોની વીજળીમાં પ્રવર્તમાન મુખ્યમંત્રીએ ઘટાડો કરીને હાલ ખેડૂતોને ૧૧,૭૩૩ મિલિયન યુનિટ જ વીજળી આપવામાં આવી છે. આમ, આ આંકડો જોઈએ તો એ વાત સાબિત થાય છે કે, છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષમાં ૩,૭૫૬ મિલિયન યુનિટ વીજળી ૧૦ વર્ષ પહેલાં જે મળતી હતી તેના કરતાં પણ ખેડૂતો માટે ઘટાડી દેવામાં આવી છે. આ સીધો અને મોટો અન્યાય પ્રવર્તમાન ભાજપની સરકારે ખેડૂતોના માટે કર્યો છે.

ભૂતકાળમાં સરકારી દવાખાનાઓમાં તમામ જીવનરક્ષક દવાઓ કોંગ્રેસની સરકારો મફત આપતી હતી. પ્રવર્તમાન સરકારે છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષમાં સરકારી હોસ્પિટલોમાં મફત દવાઓનું પ્રમાણ સદંતર ઘટાડી દીધું છે. સરકારી હોસ્પિટલમાં તમામ ખર્ચાઓ એ પ્રજાના પૈસે જ કરવામાં આવે છે અને પરિણામે આમ ગુજરાતીને જે મફત સેવા સરકારી હોસ્પિટલમાં મળતી હતી તે સંપૂર્ણ બંધ થવાને કાંઠે આવીને બેઠી છે. કોંગ્રેસના વિકાસદર્શન-૨૦૧૨ના મુદ્દામાં જ્યારે ગુજરાતના આમ નાગરિકોને કોંગ્રેસ સત્તામાં આવે તો કેન્સર, ટીબી, હૃદયરોગ, કીડની અને લીવરના રોગોમાં સંપૂર્ણ વીમાનું કવચ આપવાની જાહેરાત થઈ છે ત્યારે હવે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી કે જેમણે ૧૨ વર્ષ સુધી લોકોના આરોગ્ય માટે કશું જ કર્યું નથી તે લોકોને હવે આરોગ્યની સુવિધાઓ સરકાર આપશે તેવી હાસ્યાસ્પદ વાત કરી રહ્યા છે.

ધંધુકા ખાતે ખૂબ મોટી વિશાળ સંખ્યામાં ધંધુકા મતવિસ્તારના કાર્યકર્તાઓ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. આ કાર્યકર્તા સંમેલનને સંબોધન કરતાં સાંસદશ્રી સોમાભાઈ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ભાજપના અનેક કરતૂતોને હું જાણી ચૂક્યો છું અને માટે જ ગુજરાતના હિતમાં હવે પરિવર્તન એ જ જરૂરી છે. બક્ષીપંચ, દલિત અને આમ ગુજરાતીને સૌથી વધારે અન્યાય કરનારી આ સરકારને ઉખાડી ફેંકવા શ્રી સોમાભાઈએ હાકલ કરી હતી.

જિલ્લા કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિના પ્રમુખશ્રી પ્રેમજીભાઈ વડલાણી તથા જિલ્લા પંચાયતમાં કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષના નેતાશ્રી મુર્તુજાખાન પઠાણે ઉપસ્થિત રહીને કાર્યકર્તાઓને સંબોધિત કર્યા હતા.

• 100 acre land between Ahmedabad and Sanand has been given to an industrialist for building township. If this land would have been given for houses for women, no women of the area would have been left homeless.
• In Gujarat there is development of favourites only.

Leader ofOppositionin theAssemblyShaktisinh Gohil whileaddressing arallyin Sanandtodaysaidthat there was anambitiousplantosetupAnimalHusbandryUniversityin Sanand. However, theGovernmentwhich playedpoliticsin the name of Gau vansh gave away the land of the University to theindustrialistTataalmost free. The BJP Government did notstophere. Despite giving thisland valued at crores of rupeesitalso gave 100acreland between Ahmedabad and Sanandfordeveloping atownship. If this land would have been given for houses for women, no women ofSanadand Ahmedabad would have been left homeless. InGujaratthere isdevelopmentof favourites only.

There ishugetaxburdenon common man and only favourites are gettingmoneyfromcoffers. Congress ruledstates are giving 9 cylinders atsubsidizedratestothe people while GujaratChiefMinisterhasnot madeannouncementforeven a single cylinder. The ChiefMinisterspeaks only lies and always blamesCentrebut has not provided anyreliefto common man in cylinders. Ifitcomes topowerthan Congresswillgive 6 gas cylinders asperCentre’s subsidizedrateand theStateGovernmentwould givesubsidyon remaining cylinders needed by the people. Thismeansthat Congress will give 12 cylinders at subsidized rates.

Congress aimsforbalanceddevelopmentand facilitiestothe common people and announces its development agenda. The announcements made by Congress are notpoliticalbut havebeen developedwellwith theadviceof experts and keeping in mind the needs andfinancialsituation. If Congress comes topowerthen all the promises would be fulfilled, Gohil said.

TheChiefMinisterearlier indulged invotepoliticsby dividing Hindu and Muslims. But now people of theStateare not misled by all these things so he started gimmick of Sadbhavna. In the last 12 years widowpensionhas not beenincreased by even a single rupee.CentralGovernmenthas started MNREGAtogiveemploymentto people of thestatebut Modi government has keptminimumwagesvery low incomparisonto other states. Many children have beenlostin the state but theChiefMinister has not made any effort to wipe tears of their parents.Gujarathas done nothing fororphanchildren. The ChiefMinisterhas workedtotally against Vivekanand’sideologyand now has undertaken yatra in his name at governmentexpenseonly forpoliticalgames. But the people of the statewillnotsupporthim.

Addressingpublicrallyat Sanand MP Jagdishbhai Thakore gave many examples about Gujarat Government’s antipolicyabout common man andbackward class. Hesaidthat like Britisher’s thepresentState Government has divided people ofGujaratand has caused tremendous damage.

• ગુજરાત સરકારે  એવું કશું જ કામ કર્યું નથી કે જેના આધાર પર ગુજરાતમાં મત માંગી શકાય અને માટે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર વિરુદ્ધના જૂઠ્ઠાણાં બોલાય છે.
• સાણંદ ખાતેની પશુ સંવર્ધન યુનિવર્સિટી માટેની ઉત્તમ જમીન માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિને મફતમાં આપી દેવામાં આવી છે.
• અમદાવાદ અને સાણંદ વચ્ચે ૧૦૦ એકર જમીન માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિને ટાઉનશીપ બનાવવા માટે આપવાને બદલે જો ગૃહિણીઓના ઘરના ઘર બનાવ્યા હોત તો સાણંદ વિસ્તારની એકપણ મહિલા ઘર વગરની ન
  રહી હોત.
• ગુજરાતમાં સહુનો સાથ લઈને માત્ર માનીતાનો વિકાસ થયો છે.

આજે અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાનાસાણંદ ખાતે કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકર્તાઓ અને આગેવાનોની વિશાળસંખ્યાની એક મિટીંગને સંબોધન કરતાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સાણંદ નીજમીન પર ગુજરાત રાજ્યના પશુઓનીસારવારમાટેસંશોધનઅને વ્યવસ્થાનીઉત્તમયુનિવર્સિટીનુંનિર્માણકરવાનું હતું. ગુજરાતની સરકારે ગૌવંશનાનામેરાજકારણકર્યું, પરંતુ ગૌવંશ માટે અત્યંત ઉપયોગી બની રહે તેવી યુનિવર્સિટી સાણંદ પાસેથી છીનવી લઈને મફતના ભાવે આ જમીન માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિ ટાટાને પધરાવી દીધી છે. સાણંદ ખાતેના નેનોપ્લાન્ટમાટે અપાયેલી પશુસંવર્ધનયુનિવર્સિટીની જમીન કે જેનીકિંમતકરોડો રૂપિયા થાય છે તે મફતના ભાવે આપ્યા પછી પણ ભાજપની સરકારને સંતોષ ન થયો અને તેથી સાણંદ અને અમદાવાદ વચ્ચે પ્લાન્ટ ઉપરાંત ૧૦૦એકરજમીન ટાઉનશીપ બનાવવા માટે આપી દેવામાં આવી છે. આ ટાઉનશીપ બનાવવાને બદલે જો ગુજરાતની સરકારે ગૃહિણીઓનાઘરબનાવ્યા હોત તોસમગ્રસાણંદ મતવિસ્તાર અને અમદાવાદની પણઅનેકબહેનોને ઘરનું ઘરપ્રાપ્તથઈ ગયું હોત. ગુજરાત સરકારે સહુનોસાથલેવાની વાત કરીને માત્ર માનીતાનોવિકાસકર્યો છે.

ગુજરાતમાંઆમઆદમી પર કરનું સૌથીવધારેભારણનાંખીને માત્ર માનીતાઓને જ ગુજરાતનીતિજોરીલૂંટાવી છે. દેશની કોંગ્રેસશાસિતસરકારોએ પોતાના રાજ્યનાપરિવારોને સબસીડાઈઝ એટલે કે સસ્તા ગેસના બાટલા પૂરા મળી રહે તે માટે ૯ ગેસના બાટલા આપવાનીશરૂઆતકરી દીધી છે, જ્યારે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ગુજરાતનીજનતાને એકપણ બાટલો સસ્તા દરે આપવાનીજાહેરાતકરી નથી. માત્રને માત્ર જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ અનેકેન્દ્રસરકાર પરદોષારોપણકરીને ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ આમ ગુજરાતીને કોઈપણરાહતગેસના બાટલામાં આપી નથી. ગુજરાતમાં કોંગ્રેસની સરકાર આવશે તો ૬ બાટલા કેન્દ્ર સરકાર સબસીડી આપીને ગુજરાતની જનતાને આપશે અને બાકી જરૂરિયાત મુજબની બોટલો એ ગુજરાતની કોંગ્રેસની સરકાર સબસીડી આપીને ગુજરાતની જનતાને આપશે. એટલે કે વર્ષમાં પૂરા ૧૨ ગેસના બાટલા સબસીડીથી સસ્તા દરથી ગુજરાતની જનતાને કોંગ્રેસની સરકાર પૂરી પાડશે.

કોંગ્રેસ ગુજરાતમાં આમ જનતા માટે જે સમતુલિત વિકાસ અને સુવિધાઓ આપવા માંગે છે તેના વિકાસના મુદ્દાઓ જાહેર કરે છે. કોંગ્રેસની વિકાસદર્શનની જાહેરાતો એ રાજકીય નહીં, પરંતુ તમામ નિષ્ણાતો સાથે ચર્ચાને અંતે ગુજરાતની જનતાની જરૂરિયાતો અને સામે નાણાંકીય સંસાધનને લક્ષમાં રાખીને કરવામાં આવે છે. આ તમામ જાહેરાતોને અનુરૂપ કોંગ્રેસ સરકાર બનશે તો સંપૂર્ણ પરિણામ આપીને જ રહેશે.

વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી અગાઉ હિન્દુ-મુસ્લિમ વિભાજીત કરીને રાજ્યના ભોગે મતોનું રાજકારણ કરી ચૂક્યા છે. હવે ગુજરાતની જનતાને આ રીતે ગુમરાહ કરી શકાય તેમ નથી માટે સદ્‍ભાવનાનું નાટક કર્યું, પરંતુ તેમાં પણ ગુજરાતની જનતાને લાગ્યું કે અમારા કરોડો રૂપિયા ઉડાવી દઈને માત્ર મતોની રાજનીતિ થાય છે. હવે ૧૨ વર્ષ પૂરા થયા છે ત્યારે કામના નામે કે રામના નામે કે વિભાજનની નીતિના નામે અથવા તો સદ્‍ભાવનાના નાટકના નામે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી મતો મેળવી શકે તેમ નથી. ૧૨ વર્ષના શાસનમાં પોતે કોઈ એવું કામ કર્યું નથી કે કરેલા કામના નામે મતો માંગી શકાય અને તેથી જ હવે વિવેકાનંદજીનું નામ રાજકીય રોટલો શેકવા માટે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વાપરી રહ્યા છે. વિવેકાનંદજીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, “જે ધર્મ કે ઈશ્વર એક વિધવા બહેનના આંસુ લુછી શકે નહીં કે ગરીબને રોટી પૂરી પાડી ન શકે તેમજ અનાથ બાળકને યોગ્ય સુવિધા આપી શકે નહીં તેવા કોઈ ધર્મ કે ઈશ્વરમાં હું શ્રદ્ધા રાખતો નથી.” હકીકતમાં, ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ૧૨ વર્ષનું શાસન વિવેકાનંદજીની આ વિચારધારાથી સંપૂર્ણ વિપરીત રીતે કર્યું છે. ૧૨ વર્ષમાં વિધવા બહેનના પેન્શનમાં એકપણ રૂપિયાનો વધારો કર્યો નથી. કેન્દ્ર સરકારે મનરેગા યોજના દ્વારા ગુજરાતના મહેનતકશ લોકોને રોજી અને રોટી આપવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો તો ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ લધુત્તમ વેતન દર અન્ય રાજ્યોની સરખામણીએ ધણું જ નીચું રાખીને ગુજરાતના મહેનતકશ લોકોને રોજીરોટી માટે પૂરું    મહેનતાણું પણ ન મળે તેવો વહીવટ કર્યો છે. ગુજરાતમાં અનેક બાળકો ગુમ થયા અને તેના પરિવારના આંસુ લુછવાનો પણ પ્રયત્ન ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ કર્યો નથી. ગુજરાતમાં અનાથ બાળકોના ભવિષ્યની સહેજ પણ ચિંતા કરવામાં આવી નથી. આમ, વિવેકાનંદજીની વિચારધારાથી વિપરીત વહીવટ કરીને હવે સરકારી ખર્ચે વિવેકાનંદજીનું નામ રાજકીય રોટલો શેકવા વટાવવા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી નીકળ્યા છે તેને ગુજરાતની જનતા ક્યારેય સાથ આપશે નહીં.

સાણંદ ખાતેની જનસભાને સંબોધતાં સંસદસભ્યશ્રી જગદીશભાઈ ઠાકોરે ગુજરાતની સરકારની બક્ષીપંચ અને આમ ગુજરાતી વિરોધી નીતિના અનેક સચોટ દાખલાઓ આપ્યા હતા. અંગ્રેજોની માફક ગુજરાતની જ જનતાને વિભાજીત કરીને ગુજરાતને સૌથી વધારે નુકસાન પ્રવર્તમાન સરકારે કર્યું હોવાનું શ્રી જગદીશ ઠાકોરે જણાવ્યું હતું.

સાણંદ ખાતેની સભામાં જિલ્લા કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિના પ્રમુખશ્રી પ્રેમજીભાઈ વડલાણી, જિલ્લા પંચાયત કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષના નેતાશ્રી મુર્તુજાખાન પઠાણ તથા જિલ્લાના અનેક આગેવાનો વિશાળ સંખ્યામાં ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.

Gujarat Chief Minister has started political yatra with public money in the name of Swami Vivekanand to cover his failures. In a public meeting in Saurashtra he had alleged that Central Government was not giving crop insurance money to farmers of Gujarat. In this context Congress had asked the Union Agriculture Minister to give the idea of the issue and to release the payment if it was due. Through his letter of 1/10/2012 Union Minister of State for Agriculture has conveyed that Chief Minister’s allegation was a blatant lie. He has said that a sum of Rs 316.28 crore has been paid to farmers of Gujarat. In this Rs 88.43 crore of Gujarat was included. For insurance money of the Ravi crop of 2011-12, Gujarat Government should have sent crop production figure by July 2012. However, the data was sent after a great delay only last week. This has exposed the lie of the Chief Minister. In his letter, the Agriculture Minister has also informed that Gujarat has not accepted Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme (W.C.I.S)in 2011 and 2012. Because of this farmers of Gujarat have been deprived of major benefits. If Gujarat Government had accepted W.C.I.S, farmers would have got money within 45 days and it would have been a great relief for them. He has also conveyed that under M.M.I.A.S, no claim is pending before Agriculture Insurance Company for four districts and nine taluka’s.

Leader of Opposition Shaktisinh Gohil released a copy of letter of the Agriculture Minister Rawat and said that it proved that Chief Minister was telling lie and it also showed the extent of loss farmers of Gujarat had to suffer because of him. Gohil said that the administration was not following established practice of paanipatrak as it was engaged in political activities of the Chief Minister. He has caused great loss to farmers by not accepting W.C.I.S. He has delayed submission of crop data. In fact, Gohil said, if Chief Minister wants to help farmers, Gujarat Government should give relief to farmers of Saurashtra, Kutch and North Gujarat. Many areas are reeling under scarcity condition because of delayed rains. Chief Minister should declare scarcity and provide relief. Gohil said that Chief Minister was not bothered about farmer or common men. He is just busy in misleading people through utter lies. Gohil alleged that Chief Minister had told hundreds of lies and released a list of his top ten lies before the media. He said that the nature of telling lies of the Chief Minister was an insult to Gandhi’s Gujarat.

ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રી પોતાની નિષ્‍ફળતાઓને છૂપાવવા માટે સ્‍વામી વિવેકાનંદજીનું નામ વાપરવા પ્રજાના કરોડો રૂપિયાના ખર્ચે રાજકીય યાત્રા લઈને નીકળ્‍યા છે. તેમાં સૌરાષ્‍ટ્ર ખાતે ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીએ જાહેર સભામાં કહ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને કેન્‍દ્ર સરકાર પાક વીમાના નાણાં આપતી નથી. મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીની વાતના સંદર્ભમાં કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષ દ્વારા કેન્‍દ્રના કૃષિ મંત્રીશ્રીને ખરેખર પરિસ્‍થિતિ શું છે ? તે જણાવવા અને જો ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોના નાણાં બાકી હોય તો તાત્‍કાલિક ચૂકવવા વિનંતી કરી હતી. જેના સંદર્ભમાં કેન્‍દ્રીય રાજ્‍યકક્ષાના કૃષિ મંત્રીશ્રી હરીશ રાવત દ્વારા તેમના ૧-૧૦-૨૦૧૨ના લેખિત પત્રથી જાહેર કરાયું છે કે, ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીની વાત સદંતર જૂઠ્ઠી છે. ગુજરાતના ખરીફ પાકના વીમાના રૂા. ૩૧૬.૨૮ કરોડ એગ્રીકલ્‍ચર ઈન્‍સ્‍યોરન્‍સ કંપની દ્વારા ચૂકવાઈ ગયા છે અને આ ચૂકવણીમાં કેન્‍દ્ર સરકારે પોતાનો ૮૮.૪૩ કરોડનો હિસ્‍સો ચૂકવેલો છે. ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોના રવિ પાક ૨૦૧૧-૧૨ના વીમાના ચૂકવણા માટે ગુજરાત સરકારે ખેડૂતોના ઉત્‍પાદનના ડેટા ૩૧ જુલાઈ, ૨૦૧૨ સુધીમાં મોકલી દેવાના જરૂરી હતા. આમ છતાં, ગુજરાતની સરકારે ખેડૂતોના ઉત્‍પાદનના ડેટા સમયમર્યાદામાં મોકલવાના બદલે ઘણા જ વિલંબ બાદ ગયા અઠવાડિયે જ ભારત સરકારને મોકલ્‍યા છે. આમ, ખેડૂતોના પાક વીમાને વિલંબમાં નાંખવાનું પાપ ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીએ જ કર્યું છે તેનો પર્દાફાશ થઈ ગયો છે. રાજ્‍ય કૃષિ મંત્રીશ્રીએ પોતાના પત્રમાં વિશેષમાં જણાવ્‍યું છે કે, ગુજરાતની સરકારે વેધરબેઈઝ ક્રોપ ઈન્‍સ્‍યોરન્‍સ સ્‍કીમ  (W.C.I.S.) ૨૦૧૧ અને ૨૦૧૨માં સ્‍વીકારી નથી. જેના કારણે ખેડૂતોને ખૂબ જ મહત્ત્વનો ફાયદો મળી શક્‍યો નથી. જો ગુજરાત સરકારે ખેડૂતો માટે વેધરબેઈઝ ક્રોપ ઈન્‍સ્‍યોરન્‍સ સ્‍કીમ (W.C.I.S.) સ્‍કીમ સ્‍વીકારી હોત તો ખેડૂતોની ૨૦૧૧-૨૦૧૨ના પાક વીમાના નાણાં ૪૫ દિવસમાં જ પ્રાપ્‍ત થઈ ગયા હોત અને ખેડૂતોને દુષ્‍કાળના સમયમાં ખૂબ મોટી રાહત મળી શકી હોત. કેન્‍દ્રીય રાજ્‍ય કૃષિ મંત્રીશ્રીએ પોતાના પત્રમાં વધુમાં જણાવ્‍યું છે કે, ગુજરાતનો ખરીફ ૨૦૧૧નો M.M.I.A.S. યોજના નીચેનો નવ તાલુકા અને ચાર જિલ્લાનો કોઈપણ ક્‍લેઈમ હાલમાં એગ્રીકલ્‍ચર ઈન્‍સ્‍યોરન્‍સ કંપની કે કેન્‍દ્ર સરકારે પાસે પેન્‍ડીંગ નથી.

વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા શક્‍તિસિંહ ગોહિલે પ્રેસ અને મીડીયાને કેન્‍દ્રીય રાજ્‍ય કૃષિ મંત્રીશ્રી હરીશ રાવતનો ૧-૧૦-૨૦૧૨નો પત્ર સુપ્રત કર્યો હતો અને જણાવ્‍યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રી સદંતર જૂઠ્ઠું બોલે છે અને ગુજરાતની જનતાને તેમનાથી કેટલું નુકસાન થાય છે તેનો પર્દાફાશ શ્રી હરીશ રાવતના પત્રથી થયો છે. ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોના ખરેખર ઉભા પાકને પાણીપત્રકમાં નોંધ કરીને રેકોર્ડ રાખવામાં આવતું હતું. ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રી સરકારી તંત્રને પોતાની પ્રસિદ્ધિ અને રાજકીય પ્રચાર માટે જ વાપરતા હોવાથી ગુજરાતમાં ખેડૂતોના પાણીપત્રક તૈયાર જ થતા નથી. ખેડૂતોના માટે ઉપયોગી વેધરબેઈઝ ક્રોપ ઈન્‍સ્‍યોરન્‍સ સ્‍કીમ (W.C.I.S.) ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીએ નહીં સ્‍વીકારીને ખેડૂતોને ન કલ્‍પી શકાય તેટલું નુકસાન કરેલું છે. ખેડૂતોના વીમા માટે ઉત્‍પાદનના આંકડા રજૂ કરવાની જવાબદારી રાજ્‍ય સરકારની છે અને તેમાં પણ ઘણો જ વિલંબ ગુજરાતની સરકારે કર્યો છે. ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને ખરા અર્થમાં જો મદદ કરવી હોય તો સમગ્ર સૌરાષ્‍ટ્ર, કચ્‍છ અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાતમાં વિલંબથી થયેલ વરસાદના કારણે પારાવાર નુકસાન થયું છે તેની રાહત ગુજરાત સરકારે આપવી જોઈએ. ભૂતકાળમાં આ પ્રકારના સમયમાં સરકારો રાહત આપતી જ હતી. વિલંબથી થયેલો વરસાદ ખેડૂતોને ઉત્‍પાદનમાં ઉપયોગી બની શક્‍યો નથી માટે ખરેખર સૌરાષ્‍ટ્ર, કચ્‍છ અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના અનેક વિસ્‍તારો આજે પણ અછતની પરિસ્‍થિતિ ભોગવી રહ્યા છે ત્‍યાં તાત્‍કાલિક અછત જાહેર કરવી જોઈએ અને ઉત્‍પાદનના આંકડાઓમાં પૂરતો ખ્‍યાલ રાખીને ખેડૂતોનું હિત જોવું જોઈએ. મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીને ગુજરાતના આમ આદમી કે ખેડૂતોની કોઈ ચિંતા જ નથી, માત્ર જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ દ્વારા ગુજરાતની જનતાને ગુમરાહ કરવાનું પાપ ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રી કરી રહ્યા છે. વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્‍તિસિંહ ગોહિલે ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીએ જે સેંકડો જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ ચલાવ્‍યા છે તે પૈકીના ટોપ ટેન જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ પ્રેસ અને મીડીયા સમક્ષ રજૂ કરીને મહાત્‍મા ગાંધીજીની જયંતિએ આશા વ્‍યક્‍ત કરી હતી કે, દુનિયાને સત્‍યનો માર્ગ શીખવાડનાર મહાત્‍મા ગાંધીજીની ગુજરાતમાં ગપોડીબાજ મુખ્‍યમંત્રીએ ગુજરાતનું અપમાન છે.

મુખ્‍યમંત્રીના ટોપ ટેન જૂઠ્ઠાણાં

મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૧) ચૂંટણી સમયે મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીએ કહેલું કે, ગુજરાતને કેજી બેઝિનમાં ૨૦ ટીસીએફ ઓઈલ અને ગેસ મળી ગયો છે. મારો ગુજરાતી હવે ચકલી ખોલશે તો ઓઈલ અને ગેસ મળશે.	(૧) ડીજી હાઈડ્રો કાર્બને સર્ટીફાઈડ કરીને આપ્‍યું છે કે, ૨૦ ટીસીએફ ઓઈલ અને ગેસ નથી, કેજી બેઝીનમાં માત્ર ૨ ટીસીએફ છે અને તે પણ રીકવરેબલ થાય કે કેમ ? તે કહી શકાય તેમ નથી. આજે આમ ગુજરાતી ચકલી ખોલે છે તો પેટ્રોલ કે ડીઝલ નહીં પરંતુ પીવાનું પાણી પણ મળતું નથી. કેજી બેઝિનમાં ૮૦૦૦ કરોડ રૂપિયા ખવાઈ ગયા છે અને સામે ટીપું પણ ઓઈલ કે ગેસ મળેલ નથી.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૨) મારો ગુજરાતનો ખેડૂત દર વર્ષે નવી મારૂતિ ખરીદે છે.	(૨) સરકાર ખેડૂતોને મદદ જ કરતી નથી અને તેથી ગુજરાતનો ખેડૂત આત્‍મહત્‍યા કરે છે અને ખેડૂતની મા રોતી રહે છે.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૩) ૨૦૦૭ના વાયબ્રન્‍ટ ગુજરાતમાં કહેલું કે, વાયબ્રન્‍ટ ગુજરાતના કારણે ૨૫ લાખ યુવાનોને રોજીરોટી મળી જશે. ગુજરાતમાં કોઈપણ યુવાન બે વર્ષમાં બેરોજગાર નહીં હોય.	(૩) સરકારને ચોપડે નોંધાયેલા ૮,૨૫,૪૮૮ શિક્ષિત બેરોજગાર છે. કોંગ્રેસના શાસન કરતાં આ બેરોજગારોની સંખ્‍યા ૨.૫ લાખ કરતાં વધુ છે.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૪) બનાસકાંઠાનો ખેડૂત જે ટમેટા પકવે છે તેમાંથી ટમેટા સોસ અને બટાકામાંથી વેફર બનાવીને પાઈપલાઈનથી યુરોપમાં ઠલવાશે અને યુરોપમાંથી યુરો(યુરોપના રૂપિયા)નો ગુજરાતમાં ઢગલો થશે.	(૪) ખેડૂતોની ખેતપેદાશ માટે છેલ્લા ૧૨ વર્ષમાં એકપણ વખત માર્કેટ ઈન્‍ટરવેન્‍શન થયું નથી. બનાસકાંઠાના ખેડૂતોના ટમેટાના કેચઅપ કે બટાકાની વેફર ક્‍યાંય વેચાણી નથી, પરંતુ બનાસકાંઠાના ખેડૂતોએ બટાકા રોડ ઉપર ફેંકવાનો વારો આવ્‍યો હતો.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૫) ચૂંટણી સમયે કહેલું કે, મારી ગુજરાતની બહેન એક પોસ્‍ટકાર્ડ લખશે તો આ તમારો ભાઈ ગાંધીનગરમાંથી તમારું કામ કરી આપશે.	(૫) કોઈ બહેનને એકપણ જવાબ તેમના પોસ્‍ટકાર્ડનો મળ્‍યો નથી. બહેનોના બાળકો કે બહેનોના ગળાનું મંગળસૂત્ર કશું જ સલામત નથી. વિધવા બહેનોના પેન્‍શનમાં એક રૂપિયાનો પણ વધારો આ મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ૧૨ વર્ષમાં કર્યો નથી.

 

મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૬) અમિતાભ બચ્‍ચન સાવ મફતમાં બ્રાન્‍ડ એમ્‍બસેડર તરીકે ગુજરાતનું કામ કરે છે.	(૬) વિધાનસભામાં પ્રશ્નના જવાબમાં સરકારે કહ્યું કે, ગુજરાતની તિજોરીમાંના કરોડો રૂપિયા કોઈપણ ટેન્‍ડરની પ્રક્રિયા વગર અમિતાભ બચ્‍ચન અને તેની જાહેરાત પાછળ ખર્ચાયા છે.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૭) ચૂંટણી સમયે કહ્યું હતું કે, હું કાંઈ ખાતો નથી અને ખાવા દેતો નથી.	(૭) કેગના અહેવાલ પરથી સાબિત થયું કે, કરોડોથી ઓછું કાંઈ ખાતા નથી અને આમ ગુજરાતીને તેની મહેનતની રોટી પ્રેમથી ખાવા દેતા નથી. ભ્રષ્‍ટાચાર ન પકડાય એ માટે ગુજરાતમાં કાયદો હોવા છતાં સાડા આઠ વર્ષથી લોકાયુક્‍ત નિયુક્‍ત કરવા દેતા નથી.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૮) કેન્‍દ્ર સરકાર ગુજરાતને અન્‍યાય કરે છે. મણ લઈ જાય છે અને કણ આપતા નથી.	(૮) એનડીએની સરકારના સમયમાં ગુજરાતમાંથી જે ટેક્‍સ જતો હતો તેની સામે રાજ્‍યને મળતા નાણાંની ટકાવારી, કુલ રકમ અને ખાસ યોજનાઓમાં મળતી રકમની કેન્‍દ્રની સહાય આ બધું જ કોંગ્રેસની કેન્‍દ્રમાં સરકાર આવ્‍યા પછી ગુજરાત માટે વધ્‍યું છે. આ આંકડાકીય માહિતી નાણાં વિભાગની વેબસાઈટ ઉપર પણ ઉપલબ્‍ધ છે.

(૯) મેં માત્ર એક એસ.એમ.એસ. રતન ટાટાને કર્યો અને ગુજરાતમાં નેનો આવી ગઈ. નેનો ગુજરાતમાં લાવવાનો ખર્ચ એટલે એક એસ.એમ.એસ. એટલે એક રૂપિયો.	(૯) ૩૩ હજાર કરોડના લાભો ગુજરાતની તિજોરીમાંથી ટાટાને આપી દીધા અને ગુજરાતીઓને નોકરી આપવાની લીટીમાંથી પણ મુક્‍તિ આપી દીધી.
મુખ્‍યમંત્રીશ્રીનું જૂઠ્ઠાણું	સત્‍ય હકીકત
(૧૦) વિસ્‍તારમાંથી આર.ટી.આઈ. કરનારને કેન્‍દ્ર સરકારે જવાબ આપ્‍યો છે કે, સોનિયા ગાંધીજીની તબિયત પાછળ સરકારે કરોડો રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ કર્યો છે.	(૧૦) વિસ્‍તારના આર.ટી.આઈ. કાર્યકર્તાએ જ સ્‍પષ્‍ટ કહ્યું છે, મારા નામે ગુજરાતના મુખ્‍યમંત્રીએ જે વાત કરી છે તે જૂઠ્ઠાણું છે. સોનિયાજીના તબિયત પાછળના ખર્ચનો કોઈ આંકડો સરકારે મને આપ્‍યો નથી.

Crop Insurance in Gujarat

1.     All the admissible claims amounting to Rs.316.28 crore with Government of India share of Rs.88.43 crore for Kharif 2011 season under NAIS have already been paid by the implementing agency i.e. Agriculture Insurance Company.
2.     The yield data in respect of Rabi 2011-12 was received within the cut off date i.e. 31st July, 2012.  However, sown area data has been received from the State only in the last week.  Admissible calims are under process and would be settled shortly.  It shows that there is no delay on the part of Agriculture Ministry in settlement of claims.
3.     No claims under MNAIS (9 talikas of 4 districts) are pending up to Kharif 2011 season in Gujarat.
4.     It is mentioned here that Gujarat State has not implemented Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme (WBCIS) during 2011-12 which has the advantage of faster settlement of admissible claims within 45 days.  If the State Government of Gujarat has opted the Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme, it would have helped the farmers of Gujarat during this abnormal drought in some district of State.

Gujarat Chief Minister is trying to encash the name of Swami Vivekanand to attract votes as he has done no work of public welfare in the last 12 years. In his desperation he has taken course of utter lies, said Leader of Opposition in the State Assembly, Shaktisinh Gohil today. In fact he should focus on the problems of people. He did not think of providingNarmadawater to Saurashtra nor did he work on the project to link dams. However, in this election year he is making all kinds of promises. Referring to the questions raised by former BJP stalwart Shri Keshubhai Patel, Gohil challenged Chief Minister to give reply to Patel, who did great groundwork to build BJP inGujarat, before raising finger towards anyone. His is entire system is faulty and he is trying to accuse others even for a single faulty job. Employees recruited on fixed salary do not get adequate wages. He has challenged the verdict of “same wage for same work” of Gujarat High Court in the Supreme Court. This is the exploitation of youth ofGujarat. Even today there are areas with scanty rains, but no relief work is being done in these areas. On the other hand, he said, Chief Minister has manipulated data and cleared taluka’s of scarcity affected list. Consequently, farmers would not be able to claim crop insurance money. This would affect lakhs of farmers of Saurashtra, Kutch andNorth Gujarat. Farmers will not get any compensation because of delay in declaring scarcity and Chief Minister alone will be responsible for the fate of farmers. Instead of bothering about common men, he is making all kind of accusations against the Centre. Gohil challenged the Chief Minister to bring out a white paper about the moneyGujaratgot during NDA Rule and UPA Government. The fact is thatGujarathas got unprecedented contribution from the Congress led UPA Government. Gohil said that all have contributed to the growth ofGujarat. In 1991Gujaratbecame first in growth, but none claimed for it and none discredited anyone for any failure. Chief Minister is squandering money on his publicity instead of spending it to promote welfare of youth of Gujarat farmers of Gujarat and people ofGujarat. He is taking out Vivekanand Yatra for election campaign at public expense. BJP should fund the Vivekanand Yatra.

 

Modi is making political speeches in rowdy language disgracing the office of Chief Minister. This is an insult not only to culture ofGujaratbut also to the pride of Mahatma Gandhi’s State. Mahatma Gandhi preached politics of non violence to the entire world and here Modi is indulging in violent politics which is a blot on the state. Not only that advertisements having violence are shown through which the Chief Minister is trying to cover his inefficiencies. And that too, using public money. The Chief Minister does not give details of his lavish expenditure even through RTI. No information is given under RTI regarding wastage of public money or any of his corruption. Everyone knows what evil deeds he has done on foreign trips with his favourite industrialists. As soon as elections are over CM sticks to these favourite industrialists like chewing gums and showers huge favours on industrialists known for their self interest and greed. Dalits in state are not getting land and on the other hand Modi gives huge gaucher land to favourite industrialists without any hesitation.

 

Narmada water flows into the ocean but it is not used to fill dams in Saurashtra, Kutch orNorth Gujarat. The project has not been completed till the date. At some places this water can be supplied at very low cost but water is not given there also. For the last 12 years Chief Minister has not done any public welfare work and now he is giving promises to people.

Modi who always criticizes Centre is not at all concerned about people of the state. All the Congress ruled states have announced that they will given 3-4 more cylinders than the government quota at subsidized rates butGujarat’s Chief Minister has not even thought of it. The ‘Ghar nu ghar’ scheme of Congress got terrific response and now Chief Minister has started spreading lies about number of houses his government gave to poor people. But according to information obtained through RTI not a single house has been allotted during his 12 year old rule. The claims made by him in his advertisements are totally false and baseless and in public life it is like “Na Bhuto na Bhavish yavati” no one has said in past and no one will say in future.

Congress party would be forced to raise questions on Chief Minister’s personal life if he does not keep control of his language stoop low in personal comments. Gohil said that language used by Chief Minister does not befit his office and warned Chief Minister against using cheap language and stooping low.

ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિવેકાનંદજીનું નામ વટાવીને ચૂંટણી સમયે લોકોની વચ્ચે નીકળ્યા છે ત્યારે સદંતર જૂઠ્ઠાણાંઓ બોલી રહ્યા છે. ૧૨ વર્ષ સુધી જનતાના ઉપયોગનું એક પણ કામ નહીં કરવાનું વિચારનાર ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી કામના નામે મત માંગી શકે તેમ નથી, માટે વિવેકાનંદજીનું નામ વટાવીને અને સદંતર જૂઠ્ઠી વાતો કરીને ગુજરાતની જનતાની વચ્ચે નીકળ્યા છે ત્યારે ખરા અર્થમાં જે લોકપ્રશ્નો છે તે તેમણે ઉકેલવા જોઈએ. ૧૨ વર્ષ દરમ્યાન નર્મદાનું પાણી સૌરાષ્ટ્રના ખેડૂતો સુધી પહોંચાડવાનું કે ડેમોનું લીંકેજ કરવાનું ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીને સૂઝ્યું નથી. “તરસ લાગે ત્યારે કૂવો ખોદવા નીકળે” એ જ રીતે ચૂંટણી આવે ત્યારે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વચનોની લ્હાણી કરવા માટે નીકળે છે. વર્ષો સુધી નિષ્ઠાપૂર્વક ભારતીય જનતા પાર્ટીને માટે રાત-દિવસ એક કરનાર ભાજપના જ ભૂતપૂર્વ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી કેશુભાઈ પટેલ ગુજરાતના હિતમાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી સામે કેટલાક સવાલો ઉભા કરી ચૂક્યા છે. હિંમત હોય તો ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ પહેલાં કેશુભાઈ પટેલના સવાલોના જવાબ આપવા જોઈએ અને પછી બીજા સામે આંગળી ચીંધવી જોઈએ. “ઊંટના અઢારે વાંકા” તેમ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી તમામ અપલક્ષણોથી ભરપૂર છે અને બીજાની તરફ “તારું એક અંગ વાકું” એમ કહી આંગળી ચીંધે છે. ગુજરાતના ફીક્સ પગારમાં કામ કરતા કર્મચારીઓને પૂરતો પગાર અપાતો નથી. ગુજરાતની હાઈકોર્ટે “સમાન કામ, સમાન વેતન”ની વાત કરી, તેની સામે પણ ગુજરાત સરકાર સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટમાં જઈને ગુજરાતના યુવાનોનું શોષણ કરી રહી છે. ગુજરાતમાં આજે પણ ઓછા વરસાદથી અસરગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારો છે ત્યાં આગળ જે રાહતની કામગીરી કરવી જોઈએ તે થતી નથી. ખોટા આંકડાઓ ઉભા કરીને જે અસરગ્રસ્ત તાલુકા હતા તેમને પણ અછતમાંથી દૂર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે અને તેથી હવે આવતા દિવસોમાં ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને પાક વીમો મેળવવાનું પણ મુશ્કેલ પડશે. વરસાદ વિલંબથી થવાના કારણે અને અપૂરતો વરસાદ થવાના કારણે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના અનેક વિસ્તારના ખેડૂતો પાયમાલ થયા છે, ત્યારે અછત તાત્કાલિક જાહેર કરવી જોઈએ અને જો અછત જાહેર નહીં થાય તો ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતોને પાક વીમો હોય કે અન્ય રાહતો હોય તે મળવાની નથી અને આને માટે જવાબદાર એ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી જ રહેશે. ગુજરાતમાં આમ આદમીની ચિંતા કરવાના બદલે માત્ર ને માત્ર કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પર પ્રહાર કરનાર ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીમાં હિંમત હોય તો શ્વેતપત્ર બહાર પાડે કે, કેન્દ્રમાં એનડીએની સરકાર હતી ત્યારે ગુજરાતને શું મળતું હતું અને કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીવાળી કેન્દ્રમાં સરકાર આવ્યા પછી ગુજરાતને શું મળે છે. હકીકત તો એ છે કે કોંગ્રેસના નેતૃત્વવાળી કેન્દ્રમાં સરકાર આવ્યા પછી ભૂતકાળમાં ક્યારેય ન મળી હોય તેટલી રકમ અને સહાય એ ગુજરાતને મળી છે. ગુજરાતના વિકાસમાં સહુ ગુજરાતીઓનો પુરુષાર્થ છે અને તેથી ભૂતકાળમાં પણ ગુજરાત ૧૯૯૧માં વિકાસમાં સમગ્ર દેશમાં પ્રથમ નંબરે હતું અને ત્યારે કોઈ મુખ્યમંત્રીએ તેનો યશ લેવાનું કે નિષ્ફળતા માટે કોઈના તરફ આંગળી ચીંધવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો ન હતો. ગુજરાતના યુવાનો માટે, ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતો માટે અને ગુજરાતની આમ જનતા માટે જે રકમ વપરાવી જોઈએ તે ગુજરાતીઓના હિતમાં વાપરવાને બદલે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી પોતાની પ્રસિદ્ધિ અને પોતાના રાજકીય સ્ટંટ પાછળ બેફામ રીતે વાપરી રહ્યા છે. ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિવેકાનંદજીના નામને લઈને પોતાની રાજકીય યાત્રા ચૂંટણી સમયે કરી રહ્યા છે, તેનો તમામ ખર્ચ ભાજપે ઉઠાવવો જોઈએ અને ગુજરાતની તિજોરીમાંથી જે લાખો રૂપિયા ખર્ચાય છે તે આમ જનતાના હિત માટે ખર્ચાવા જોઈએ.

એક મુખ્યમંત્રીને ન છાજે તેવી નીચી કક્ષાએ જઈને કોઈ ટપોરી બોલતો હોય તેવી ટપોરીની ભાષામાં રાજકીય પ્રવચનો કરવા તે ગુજરાતની સંસ્કૃતિ અને મહાત્મા ગાંધીજીના ગુજરાતની અસ્મિતાનું અપમાન છે. મહાત્મા ગાંધીજીએ અહિંસાની રાજનીતિ સમગ્ર વિશ્વને આપી ત્યારે તે જ ગુજરાતને માટે કલંકિત કહેવાય તેવી હિંસાની રાજનીતિ અને જાહેરખબરોમાં પણ પ્રજાના પૈસે હિંસાની, પોતાની અણઆવડતને છૂપાવતી જાહેરાતો એ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીનું માત્રને માત્ર નાટક છે. ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ પોતે પોતાના વૈભવી જે ખર્ચાઓ કર્યા છે તેની વિગતો આર.ટી.આઈ.માં પણ આપતા નથી. રાઈટ ટુ ઈન્ફર્મેશનના કાયદા મુજબ જ્યારે ગુજરાતમાં કોઈ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કે મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ પ્રજાની માલિકીના કરોડો રૂપિયા ક્યાં વેડફેલા છે તેની માહિતી માંગવામાં આવે તો તે સુદ્ધાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી આપતા નથી. વિદેશમાં જઈને માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિઓને લઈને જે કાંઈ કુકર્મ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ કર્યા છે તે સહુ જાણે છે. ચૂંટણીનો સમય પૂરો થાય કે તુરત જ માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિઓ સાથે ચ્યુઈંગમની જેમ ચોંટીને સ્વાર્થ અને ભ્રષ્ટાચાર માટે માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિઓને જ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ માલામાલ કર્યા છે. ગુજરાતના આમ દલિતને સાંથણીની જમીન મળતી નથી, પરંતુ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના માનીતા ઉઘોગપતિઓને ગૌચરની લાખો હેક્ટર જમીન આપી દેવામાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીને સહેજ પણ સંકોચ થતો નથી.

નર્મદાનું પાણી એ દરિયામાં વહી જાય છે, પરંતુ એ જ પાણીથી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ઉત્તર ગુજરાત કે કચ્છના ડેમ કે તળાવડા ભરવામાં આવતા નથી. આ પ્રોજેક્ટ આજ સુધી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવ્યો નથી. કેટલીક જગ્યાએ માત્ર થોડા જ ખર્ચથી નર્મદાનું પાણી આપી શકાય એમ છે, ત્યાં પણ આ પાણી આપવામાં આવતું નથી. ૧૨ વર્ષ સુધી સહેજ પણ જનહિતનું કામ નહીં કરનારા મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી કયા મોઢે વચનોની લહાણી કરે છે ?

હંમેશા કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પર આક્ષેપ કરનારા ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીને ગુજરાતની જનતાની સહેજ પણ ચિંતા નથી. કોંગ્રેસશાસિત રાજ્યોએ દેશમાં તમામ જગ્યાએ આમ જનતાને તકલીફ ન પડે એટલા માટે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર ગેસના બાટલાઓની સબસીડી આપે છે, એ ઉપરાંતના ગેસના બાટલાઓની સબસીડી આપવાનું અને વર્ષમાં ૯થી ૧૦ ગેસના બાટલાઓ  સબસીડીના ધોરણે પોતાના રાજ્યના લોકોને મળે તે માટેની વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવી છે, પરંતુ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ગુજરાતની જનતા માટે એક ગેસનો બાટલો પણ સબસીડીના ધોરણે આપવાનું વિચાર્યું પણ નથી કે અમલ પણ કર્યો નથી. ગુજરાતના લોકોને ઘરનું ઘર આપવાની કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષની એક પ્રતિબદ્ધ જાહેરાતને જબરદસ્ત સમર્થન બાદ ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ પોતે ઘર આપ્યા હોવાની ભ્રામક જાહેરાત કરી ત્યારે આર.ટી.આઈ.માં જ મેળવેલી માહિતી બહાર આવી કે ગુજરાતમાં ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ આ છેલ્લા ૧૨ વર્ષમાં ઘરના ઘર કોઈને આપ્યા નથી અને જાહેરાતનો આંકડો એ સંપૂર્ણ જૂઠ્ઠાણાં ભર્યો છે. આવું જૂઠ્ઠાણું ક્યારેય જાહેર જીવનમાં “ન ભૂતો ન ભવિષ્યતિ” એટલે ભૂતકાળમાં કોઈ બોલ્યું નથી અને ભવિષ્યમાં કોઈ બોલશે નહીં.

ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી પોતાની ભાષા પર સંયમ નહીં રાખે અને વ્યક્તિગત આક્ષેપોમાં જો નીચી કક્ષાએ ઉતરશે તો ન છૂટકે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના અંગત જીવન પર પણ કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષના લોકો તરફથી પ્રશ્નો ઉઠાવવાની મજબુરી પેદા થશે. વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીને પોતાની ભાષાનો પ્રયોગ એ એક ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીને છાજે તે રીતે રાખવા અને ટપોરીની ભાષા ન બોલવા તેમજ વ્યક્તિગત નીચી કક્ષાએ ન ઉતરવા માટે ચેતવણી આપી હતી.

વિશ્વ વિખ્યાત જાદુગર શ્રી કે.લાલનું અવસાન થતાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે નિર્ધારિત પ્રવાસ કાર્યક્રમમાં ફેરફાર કરીને સ્વ. કે.લાલના નિવાસ સ્થાને જઈને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ  અર્પણ કરી હતી. સૌરાષ્ટ્રના એક નાના નગરમાં જન્મ લઈને સ્વ. કે.લાલે પોતાની કલાના માધ્યમથી સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં ગુજરાત અને દેશનું ગૌરવ વધાર્યું હતું. ૮૮ વર્ષની મોટી ઉમરે પણ સ્ટેજ ઉપર સતત એક કલાકાર તરીકે આજીવન કલાની સાધના શ્રી કે.લાલે કરી હતી.પોતાના સ્ટેજ પર જાદુના પ્રયોગોની સાથે મહાત્મા ગાંધીજીની કૃતિ રજુ કરીને સત્ય અને અહિંસાનો સંદેશો સ્વ. કે.લાલ આપતા હતાં.

મહાન વ્યક્તિઓ હંમેશા વિનમ્ર અને માયાળું હોય છે, તે વાતની ઉત્તમ પ્રતીતિ    સ્વ. કે. લાલના જીવનમાં સતત અનુભવી શકાતી હતી. સ્વ. કે.લાલને વિરોધપક્ષ ના નેતાશ્રી શક્તિસિંહ ગોહિલે પોતાના તરફથી તેમજ સમગ્ર કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષ વતી  શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ અર્પી હતી.

• The CM has been exposed before the public and so he is indulging in rhetoric.
• Central government was willing to discuss report of CAG in the parliament, but Gujarat CM is not ready for it.
• In his election speeches last time, he had said that farmers will get petrol from water taps. Next elections are approaching, and farmers are not even getting water.
• BJP is politicising the coal issue of the CAG report. Same CAG has found corruption of Rs 16706.99 crore of the Gujarat CM in one year.
• BJP is demanding resignation of the central government on the basis of CAG report. Why the BJP’s Gujarat Chief Minister is not quitting when CAG has said that he has indulged in corruption by providing cheaper gas to Adani.
• People of Gujarat will dislodge the CM from Gandhinagar for not giving them house during the last 10 years.
• When Haren Pandya was killed, BJP was at power in Gujarat and the centre. Still culprits were not caught.
• He is talking about SIT in the cases of others, why does he not ask for SIT in Haren Pandya case.
• Haren Pandya’s father and RSS leader had said that people arrested in the Haren pandya case were innocent and the real culprit was CM.
• Why Gujarat farmers are not provided adequate power supply?

Gujarat Chief Minister is always vibrant for his favored few big industrialists. However, when elections approache, he goes to public and makes misleading and provocative speeches. What he said today at Bechraji, nothing of that is consistent, Leader of Opposition Shaktisinh Gohil said today.

CAG report was tabled at the centre and the central government invited discussion on it in the parliament. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh appealed for open discussion on coal scandal. On the other hand, Modi did not allow CAG report to be tabled in the Gujarat Assembly till the last day because it was full of scandals of his government. And it was tabled in the house only after suspending the entire opposition. Why was he not ready for discussion on CAG report, Gohil asked.

CM has demanded a CBI probe into scandals reported in the CAG report of the centre. Now people of Gujarat want to know why he does not ask for a similar investigation into corruption inGujarat, Which amounts to Rs 16706.99 Crore in one year. Why is the CM silent over CAG’s observation that his favourite industrialist Adani has been benefited by cheaper gas which was meant for public?

People have not forgotten his previous election rhetorics. In his elections speeches, Modi had claimed thatGujarathas found 20 TCF oil and gas in the KG basin. He had said that there will be a time when petrol and diesel will flow out of the water taps of the farmer ofGujarat. Farmer of Gujarat will not ferry milk cans but he will ferry petrol containers.

All his lies have been exposed. There is a corruption of Rs 10,000 Crore in KG basin. There is no drop of oil or a bubble of gas. This is because the CM himself has siphoned GSPC money. He has not done anything for the public during the last 12 years. Now when winds of change are blowing and the people have started looking towards the Congress, the CM is petrified and is using foul language. He is making all kinds of allegations against the prime minister but he should restrain his own language. He did not bother about providing houses to homeless people of the state. He has made tall claims in advertisements which are exposed in the information obtained through RTIs.

Farmers need electricity during day time, but they get electricity during the night. He has stated about electricity to farmers for 16 to 18 hours a day, but they never get adequate power supply. Favourite industrialists get electricity connection on demand at Government expense, while six lakh farmers of dark zone areas are waiting for electric connections for years. Even other farmers are waiting for connections since 1994-95. Now when elections are approaching, he is making all kinds of announcements driven by vote politics. Why did he not think about creating new districts of Chhota Udaipur and Somnath all through these years?

Gujarat Housing Board was abolished and slum clearance board was also closed down. Since last 10 years the CM did not even think about giving houses to people of the state but when Congress launched its rational scheme “Ghar nu ghar” developed after consulting economists and other experts then the CM is appealing women not to take forms for the scheme. Still lakhs of women took the forms and the Congress is going to fulfill its promise when it comes to power. The CM did not wake for so many years and now he is trying to give chewing gum to the people. Gujaratis are simple hearted but now they know CM’s foul play.

Favours were given to big industrialists. In the past there was reservation for jobs for Gujaratis both in technical field as well as general. But Modi has given complete exemption from this to industrialists and as a result the youth of the state are jobless. Other developed states always take care that people of their state are employed and that too on full salary not on contract basis but here Gujaratis are being exploited and the CM is completely silent on this issue.

There is no need to raise the height ofNarmadadam even by an inch. We are getting sufficient amount of water. But this water is going waste into the sea. Canal works have not been completed in the last 10 years and the farmers are suffering due to lack of water. Modi who is indulging in politics in the name of cow has given away 3.30 lakh hectare gauchar land to his favourite industrialists. As a result there is a situation where farmers cannot take care of the old animals. There is no need for any law. It is a known fact that a farmer or cattle owner would never sell his gaucher till the animal died but here the CM has started selling gaucher land and consequently, animal owners are forced to take their animals to slaughter houses. Modi is responsible for this sin.

When former Minister Haren Pandya was killed BJP was ruling both at the state and centre. Advaniji, whom Modi calls his guru, was deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister. But the people who were arrested were falsely implicated, culprits are other persons. Haren Pandya’s father who was RSS leader at one time in Ahmedabad always used to say that Modi was responsible for Haren’s murder. No one listened to him. Now two honourable judges of the Gujarat High Court have made it clear that those arrested in the case were falsely arrested. Gujarat Chief Minister talks about the entire country. Why does he not admit that wrong people were implicated in Haren Pandya case when Advani was the Home Minister and why does he not demand SIT of impartial officers from the Supreme Court to nail real culprits.

The question is that people ofGujaratare facing many problems. The CM keeps many commandos for his security but a small child or a woman wearing a mangalsutra is not safe. Modi is not ready to speak a word about law and order in the state. Farmers in the state have committed suicide and the CM is responsible for this sin of suicide. In the past during draught the government immediately used to waive off revenue, gave seeds, distributed cash doles and the farmers were assured that the government was with them in this hour of crisis. But the CM had a lavish programme at Junagadh while the farmers of Saurasthra were facing draught. He did not utter even a word about the farmers. Earlier in such situations cattle Camps used to be started, fodder distributed, subsidies were given to gaushalas but Modi has not done anything.

For the coming elections BJP workers are extorting money from public. This is hard earned money of the people of the state. Still the CM is silent about the issue in his political speeches. It is like Mungerilal na hassen sapana that the BJP sees the chair of Prime Minister every now and then and makes such statements. The CM spoke in Hindi inGujaratat a function where crowd was Gujarati speaking. It shows his desperation for becoming Prime Minister of the country. But his dream would never be fulfilled because people of the country are not with him. NDA constituents are also not ready to support him. People ofGujaratalso now know that support of all, development of all is not true. Modi takes support of all but development is of only few of his favourites. This development is not for common Gujarati and therefore people of the state will support Congress in the coming elections. The writing on the wall is clear and this has upset Modi which reflects in his speech at Bahucharaji in which he has insulted the culture of Gujarat, Gohil added.

Leader of opposition Shaktisinh Gohil today condemned police action on women who had lined up at the office of Gujarat Housing Board for forms for housing schemes. He said that for 12 long years, BJP government did not think about houses for common man in Gujarat. Today when people have expressed faith that Congress would provide them houses, Chief Minister Narendra Modi has played a cruel joke.

Government talked about reviving the Gujarat Housing Board and said that women would get from GHB office in Ahmedabad from Monday. Police lathicharged women who had gone to the office of the GHB to collect forms .Many women were injured in the lathicharge which was done by male police force. Is this Gujarat Chief Minister’s Sadhbhavna for women? Is this how dignity of women is maintained in Gujarat, Gohil asked. Congress is not in power in Gujarat nor does it have any large administration or infrastructure still forms were distributed in a dignified manner to women across the state. However, despite administrative machinery government could not provide the forms and there was police action against women. Congress condemns it.

If the government was really concerned about the problem of housing of people why did it not build any house during the last 12 years ? On the other hand in a criminal act the land reserved by Congress for people was de reserved and given to favoured persons. At certain places some houses were constructed but they are now in dilapidated condition. Houses in Nari chowkdi in Bhavnagar are best example of corruption of this government. Chief Minister should have courage to publicly admit that the task of building of these houses was given to a state level leader of Yuva BJP. However houses were constructed only to make money and as a result they are lying deserted and desolate. Poor people who had paid deposit for these houses find their money trapped.

 

Even CAG in his report last year had exposed large scale corruption in the construction of these houses and pointed out that no could go to live there. CM is misleading people. Congress focused on the main problem of housing of common people in its vision 2012 and people expressed faith in Congress plan. Only after Congress move, in a dramatic manner CM began talking about houses for poor by his government. Question is what did he do during the last 12 years ? He was busy protecting his favoured industrialists only. He gave 100 acre of land to Tata for building a township, 1100 acre land which was kept reserved for Animal Husbandry University has also been given to Tata for its Nano car plant. If CM had really any concern for people this 1200 acre of land near Ahmedabad would have provided space for houses to all.

Gohil provided media photographs of police action on women and demanded that CM must apologize for police action on women. Mr. Gohil has demanded the Gujarat government should become complainant and register police complaint against those who instigated this ruckus and the policemen who indulged in lathicharge.
