• Gujarat Chief Minister has anti dalit attitude
• Similar complaints are being lodged against Gujarat dalit leaders at the instance of Chief Minister
• Number of posts are vacant in Gujarat for long because of Gujarat CM”s this attitude.
• Chief Minister has become desperate because dalits have raised voice against his anti dalit attitude.
• For the first time there is injustice to dalits because of anti dalit approach.
• Irresponsible policy of Gujarat government has resulted in injustice to dalits at large.

Gujarat Chief Minister’s attitude and his actions are anti dalit. He indulges in all kind of talks about dalits. For the first time when dalit leaders of Gujarat have raised voice against his anti-dalit psyche, he has issued instructions for filing of similar complaints against dalit leaders.
Blasting Chief Minister for his approach, Leader of Opposition, Shaktisinh Gohil said that the leaders against whom he is initiating action are prestigious leaders and are known for their commitment to the cause of dalits. He said that dalit community will never pardon him.
Administration of the present Chief Minister led government has always been anti dalit. There is growing backlog of posts. Instead of filling these posts, efforts are being made to cancel these posts. Gujarat government does not respond positively when dalit leaders go for any work. There is criminal delay in giving promotion to dalits.
A look at the record of the last five years shows that the budgetary provisions for dalit centric projects were remaining unused. Commercialisation of education has created a situation where dalits cannot afford education which is dominated by self financed institutions. Dalits of Gujarat will give a fitting reply to Gujarat Chief Minister for his anti dalit attitude and attempts to frame cases against dalit leaders.
Referring to a new system in Gujarat Public Service Commission Examinations, he said that it has resulted in steep fall in the number of dalits in the list of selected candidates. He pointed out that now dalit candidates have to opt whether they want to go for reserved category or open and the merit list is prepared accordingly.
